At Sabina's Designer Hub, we want you to be delighted with your purchase of Premium Cotton Lawn designer suits. Please review our return policy carefully.

Return Window

We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Video proof required: You must provide an uncut, continuous video recording of the parcel opening from the moment you receive it. This video must clearly show the package condition, seal, and contents
  • This requirement applies to both stitched and unstitched suits
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories, embellishments, and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. Contact us if you have questions about specific products.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Submit the uncut parcel opening video as proof of condition
  4. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped at no charge. To cancel:

  • No cancellation fee applies for orders cancelled before shipping
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our return policy will apply

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 4 business days.
